Flavor Notes:
Steep slopes and old vines ranging from 50-130 years old deliver a dry Riesling. Supreme clarity and elegance; a fine fruity apricot and savory herbal accents of mint and verbena surround a steely acidic core. Deep blue slate minerality with a persistent saline finish. While he's charming now, a few more years of guarding will be worth the devotion.
