Vins Nus Siuralta Gray is a white wine made with Garnacha Gray of a 2-hectare vineyard, La Gritella, replanted with this variety and located on the highest slopes, 850 meters, facing north and with yellowish clay soils.
The harvest is manual in boxes of 16 kg. In the winery, the grapes without destemming macerate whole for 4 days. After pressing the whole grapes, it ferments with native yeasts in stoneware amphorae. Aging is 8 months in these same amphoras and in small stainless steel tanks.
