A bright and transparent amber vinegar. Made with palomino grapes and aged for at least one year, its aroma has a characteristic vinous background. Its acetic, smooth and pleasant flavor, reminiscent of fragrant wine, makes it especially suitable for dressing salads, for marinating and, in general, for any dish that requires vinegar.
