In that wild and beautiful Basque Country of fierce tides and voluptuous fields, ancestral traditions are guarded with pride and ardor. One of the most valued is txakoli, a wine made from native grapes, saltpeter and foam, green exuberant, red hot steel.
It is a creamy wine with aromas of citrus, tropical and white fruits and with a background of delicy pastries. In the mouth it is unctuous, complex and very frank. It shows balanced acidity, elegant freshness and a long finish.
