
This is a wine with an intense garnet color and a low layer. On the nose, mineral and black fruit aromas predominate, with spicy notes. In the mouth it is powerful and long, tasty, with notes of liquorice and roasted notes. It is a wine with good acidity, volume and structure.
It ferments in open French oak barrels using indigenous wild yeasts and maintains its aging for 24 months.
