Crémant de Bourgogne Sylvain Bouhalier is a Burgundy Cremant made by Sylvainn Boouhelier in France. It is made in a family farm of 6 ha. located in Chaumont le Bois, located in the northernmost part del department of Côte d´Or bordering the Champagne region.
Pale gold color. Small and constant bubbles. Pleasant nose with notes of stone fruits and nuts. In the mouth it is round with a very good freshness. Good intensity of citrus aromas, notes of hazelnuts and dried almonds.
