VI NEGRE GARNATXA NEGRA / CARINYENA NEGRA CABERNET SAUVIGNON / SYRAH DOEMPORDÀ
When the grapes arrive at the winery, they are refrigerated in a cold room at 7ºC. It is destemmed. Fermentation and maceration for 14 days in stainless steel tanks, each variety separately, at a controlled temperature (22ºC). Aging in French oak barrels of 300 and 500 liters with their mothers for 12 months. Clarification and gentle filtration before del bottling.
