DO Cava
Variety: Pinot Noir and Garnacha.
Pale pink color, with bluish and slightly silver reflections. Fine and persistent bubbles with an elegant detachment. Aromatically very sweet with hints of red forest fruit, candied currant. Entry into the mouth, sweet, refreshing and smooth, with very subtle creamy sensations. Long finish and delicated.
