Intense cherry colour. With a concentrated, mineral aroma, with toasted notes of ripe fruit, oak and spices.
On the palate it is powerful, fresh, complex, mineral, balsamic, with very ripe fruit and well-integrated tannins.
It pairs well with: white and red meats, game, poultry, sausages, cured cheeses, stewed vegetables and rice dishes.
