Manual harvest and vinification, elaboration and aging entirely in Recaredo. The long aging is done in a bottle with a natural cork stopper, the disgorgement is manual and without freezing and no shipping sugar is added.
- In sight, golden yellow color and fine bubbles.
- On the nose, we find the minerality del calcareous soil, the ripeness of the grapes and the toasted and dried fruit notes of the long aging process.
- In the mouth, totally dry, it is complex and silky, with a long and elegant finish.
