Bakery aromas, brioche, toasted bread and smoked with Mediterranean notes of fennel and brushwood. Very mineral earthy background. On the palate it is dry, somewhat sweet, with a fairly fresh entry, high acidity and a long journey on the palate. With a very fine and silky bubble. Fresh, intense and mineral.
