White sparkling wine
70% Macabeu and 30% Parellada
Made from a careful selection, they undergo a second natural and controlled fermentation in isobaric and isothermal tanks, obtaining that sparkling wine.
It is bright, straw yellow in color with metallic undertones. Very fine bubbles. Aromas of white fruit, flowers and yeast background.
Refreshing on the palate, pleasant mid palate with light effervescence. The carbonic very well integrated.
