The oldest of the French aniseed. Pernod is a secret blend of oils del fennel, aromatic plant extracts, distilled alcohol and water. It is an aperitif with a pleasant and marked flavor. Ingredient of fine recipes of Mediterranean cuisine, with fish and fine seafood.
- Color: Pernod is of a transparent greenish color, with the typical turbidity of the great pastis.
- Smell: A bouquet delicated that dominate the coriander, delicantly fragrant herb and mint, prized for its freshness and digestive properties.
