The holandas are obtained by distilling wines made from grapes of the Airén variety, located mainly in the Tomelloso region. This distillation is carried out in copper Alquitars. In this case, it is a brandy with 100 years of barrel aging, according to the traditional system of soleras and criaderas of Jerez brandies.

Mahogany in color. The smell is complex and persistent. It is reminiscent of the aromas of nuts with a sweet touch, dried plums, honey and licorice. In the mouth it is round, tasty and with a velvety body.
