Tasting Notes
Mahogany, between tile and Chestnut, with an orange hue. On the nose it is broad in intensity and persistence. Clean aroma, with fruit permanence scales, especially bitter orange. Flavored, smooth and at the same time mature on the palate, woody with a strong orange persistence in the retronasal route.
Crafting
From a sweet fragrant wine, which will remain in contact with, dehydrated skin (by means of del sunny) of the bitter orange of the region of Doñana. This maceration will last at least 8 years on stem in the vessels, in the cellars of our wineries, so that the wine acquires the aromas of the fruit.
