A serious and complex wine that has a long life for delin view of. Of limited production, it is only made in vintages considered exceptional and comes from a special terroir characterized by a microclimate conducive to lighting great wines.
Intense ruby red color.
Clean and intense aromas of flowers and fruits compote with toasted and roasted tones along with spices provided by the wood.
It pairs well with: Red meats, roasts, large game, suckling pig, oxtail and accompanying complex sauces.
