Floors: Mainly calcareous with a predominance of clays and gravels.
In Masroig, stale white wine is typical, a tradition that we follow. The wine fills the family barrels, 16 oak and chestnut. The aging transforms the fruity wine into an evolved wine, without the addition of alcohol.
Method of the «boot del racó ». There is a mother barrel, from which wine is taken to fill others. After 10 years, the wine has a balance between volume, acidity, alcohol and aromas of walnut, mint and dried fruit emerge, with hints of vanilla.
