Varieties: White Garnacha and Gray Garnacha
With a vivid, clear and bright yellow color. Aromatically, it offers a herbaceous base where fresh fennel, coriander and different garden plants stand out, especially the tomato plant.
In the mouth it is refreshing, together with a well-defined acidity that incorporates liveliness. Slightly creamy, it allows a few touches of grated lemon peel and raw pine nuts that complement the whole.
