Sweet Monastrel Olive Groves It is a monovarietal made with the Monastrel grape variety, from old vines, free standing, from Jumilla. Monastrel grapes retain their fruit well into autumn and, when overripe, reach high levels of concentration. The musts undergo long macerations with the skins, carrying out a partial fermentation. It is not aged in barrels. Bottled in June after production, a minimum of 2 years in the bottle. Grade: 16% vol. CATA's notes: Cherry red-cherry color, with carmine and garnet tones. Complex on the nose, the aromas of figs, dates and ripe fruit are perceived with intensity and freshness. In the mouth it is powerful and sweet, with repetitive notes of black fruits, framed by a balanced acidity. Long and persistent finish.
