Varieties: Tempranillo, Garnacha, Mazuelo and Graciano.
It is aged for 26 months in barrels made from selected oaks in the cooperage itself. Prior to bottling, a clarification with egg white is carried out.
It pairs well with white meats, roast lamb, roast pork, pepper entrecote, meat stews and wild mushrooms.
