
Origin: Cava
It is an organic sparkling wine of the DO Cava appellation made by Alta Alella with the pansa blanca, macabeu and parellada varieties in the Catalan town of Alella (Barcelona).
After a light pressing of the grapes to extract the flower must, each of the varieties that make up Alta Alella Mirgin Gran Reserva ferment separately. Afterwards, a second fermentation is carried out in the bottle with the traditional Champenoise method and with a minimum of 30 months of aging.
