Mezcal San Cosme is made with 100% Agave of the Espadín variety, cooked in a stone oven and with double distillation.
Its production is small and totally handmade.
Transparent and bright in color.
On the nose it gives off notes of cooked agave, caramel and light wood. On the palate it is unctuous, smoked and powerful.
