Winemaking
Base wines vinified in our winery with our own grapes, without excessive filtering or clarification. Aged in stacks and rinsed in cages of 216 bottles for 10 days.
Disgorgement according to demand, always guaranteeing a fresh product without the addition of sugars or sulphites.
Marking of the issue date and the date of slaughter on the back label of the bottle.
TASTING NOTE
On the nose, the aging with aromas of dried, toasted and fruit is appreciated. Initially it is surprisingly fruity in the mouth, with a creamy texture, balanced acidity and with a dry and fresh finish.
