The Pomace, called "Marc" in Catalonia, is made from distillation del residue del pressing of the bunches of grapes.
The aromas of each variety are concentrated in the skin of the grape and through its distillation a brandy is obtained that keeps all this essence.
Pale in color with greenish reflections. Clean and bright.
Intense aroma, with hints of white fruit, a spicy background and dried fruits.
On the palate it is dry and tasty, with creamy notes and a touch of wood. Bottom of good distillation with a long and pleasant finish.
Interesting are its combinations with certain desserts made with nuts and chocolate. Excellent also with creamy pastries in general.
