Made from wines made with the typical varieties del Penedes. Distillation is carried out separately according to the variety following the Charentais method of double distillation.
The distilled wine is called Holland. The different Hollands are aged in 300-liter French oak barrels for a minimum of 8 years. Once the resting time has elapsed, the master distiller makes the final blend.
