Fruit and oak, softness and persistence. The balance between yin and yang is found again at Mas Elena, thanks to the blend of the three varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. The velvety softness del Merlot finding its counterpoint in the structure of the two cabernets. One reinforces the other and together they merge forming a balanced whole, complete in all its facets.
