Those of us who know it well talk about a wine with a lot of French character, more specifically bordelit is. It is a blend of the three varieties bordelthose par excellence: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Wine with a light aging in oak, 3 months in French oak barrels and a subsequent rest in the bottle.
- Grape varieties: Merlot 60%, Cabernet Sauvignon 20% and Cabernet Franc 20%
- Alcoholic strength: 13,50% vol.
- Consumption temperature: Between 14º-16ºC.
A light aging in wood, that is, 3 months in French oak barrels and a post rest and maturation in the bottle.
