DO Cava
Varieties Xarel lo, Maccabees y Parellada,
A Brut Nature cava with a pale straw yellow color with slight golden reflections. It is very bright, with fine, slow and persistent bubbles. Is expressive and predominate the aromas of the fruit, herbaceous notes, some flowers and slight nuances of its aging.
On the palate it is fruity, soft and fresh, with a very balanced citric acidity. Passage through the mouth and a long and very clean finish.
