This reserve wine has a balanced aging of a year and a half in new and semi-new American oak barrels and two years in the bottle.
It is made with the Tempranillo, Graciano, Mazuelo and Garnacha varieties and it is a very versatile wine when it comes to choosing the pairing, which ranges from a hake loin or a stew to creamy rice or a selection of cheeses.
