Origin: Bourgogne
The production area of this wine from the winery Louis jadot It is the entire region of Burgundy, with a balanced blend of Côte d'Or, Saône et Loire and Irancy, which provide powerful tannins and fruity sensations. Its vinification is produced with the mixture of different musts, which are processed and aged in stainless steel vats to maintain their freshness and taste qualities before del bottling.
The result is a wine with good aging potential in the bottle (from 2 to 5 years, depending on the harvest), ideal to accompany grilled tuna dishes, salmon, beef tataki, and in general all kinds of stews and dishes of red meat, game birds and cured cheeses.
