Vi de Nous is a sweet liqueur.
The elaboration process is based on macerating the green nous in black wine (the two main ingredients). A quest vi macerat se li afegeix sucre i aiguardent (espeit de vi) i is deixa to rest.
The resulting product will be of a brownish color, the smell of liquor, the tear of l'ensucrat and the final aftertaste of the nous with a graduation of 20º.
