Cassis Dera Val Liqueur is one of the traditional liqueurs del Arán Valley fruit of the relationship of this Pyrenean valley with Occitania.
It is a liquor with a low alcohol content (16%) made from fruits del cassis or black currant.
It is recommended to take it as an aperitif mixing a few drops of white wine, cava or champagne. Also in a small cold glass. It is used to make sauces accompanying game dishes or desserts, especially vanilla ice cream.
