Graciano is a late-maturing variety that is rarely bottled as a single varietal due to its temperamental nature. On Tears of Gratian the grape ferments in concrete and then spends 6 months on its lees. It gives us an elegant but powerful red, with powerful notes of violets, black pepper and eucalyptus. A rare and attractive wine.
