Wine from a selection of plots cultivated in organic agriculture in the Côtes de Provence.
Harvest at night, and film maceration at low temperature for a few hours in order to maintain and reveal all the aromas of this wine. Garnacha / Cinsault and Tibouren in equal parts.
Aromas of flowers like roses. Subtly spicy wine, with hints of curry.
