White wine from a 0.5 hectare plot, located below a small mountain range (Serre in Provençal) in Roaix. The soil is made up of calcareous sabres, typical of the erosion caused by the passage of del del river and its modification over the centuries, of soils of Miocene origin.
90% clairette
10% bourbon
Vineyards with an average age of 50 years.
Fermentation in clay pots and large semi-used barrels. Daily co-battonage.
Aged for 10 months in clay pots and non-new Stockinger barrels.
Very fine and elegant wine, with notes of white flowers.
