Only 748 bottles of this wine are made. With minimal intervention: it ferments with wild yeasts for 4 weeks and after the end of the fermentation it remains in contact with its own skins for 110 days and subsequent aging for 6 months in 3-use French oak barrels. It remains 6 months more refining in the bottle. Golden in color with a slight cloudiness, aromas of pollen and dried orange peel on a citrus and herbal background. Intense, fresh and round on the palate. Tannin present that makes it long and deep.
