Straw yellow with golden reflections. Fine and persistent bubbles, slow in their evolution.
Clean, frank aroma. Sweet on the nose with creamy notes, ripe fruit, vanilla and soft toasted nuances with a balsamic and smoky background of good complexity.
Fine and elegant in the attack on the palate, with excellently combined carbonic. Pleasant in its evolution, where the silkiness of the foam stands out on a background of vanilla, ripe fruit, toast and truffle. Very long and complex aftertaste, where the aromas of the nose and mouth are repeated, highlighting the vanilla on a background of butter and toast, the result of its long aging.
