The Koehler Ruprecht winery, which is one of the most famous and distinctive del Palatinate, is located in the center del Kallstadt village on the Route del German wine. With a focus on quality and tradition, the grapes are selectively hand-harvested and carefully processed in our 12,5-hectare vineyard area, which is characterized primarily by limestone. All the wines are fermented spontaneously and with constant aging in old wooden barrels. Prolonged contact with yeast and late bottling result in wines with a balanced balance of strength, elegance and longevity.
