
Elaboration: the Xarelo and Chardonnay varieties are vinified separately, the blend of 60% Xarelo, 40% Chardonnay is made and we do the second fermentation following the traditional method. Aging: 36 months minimum.
Tasting: Very fine bubbles due to aging in the cellars. Toasted tones of woods and nuts make the mouth very persistent and pleasant.
Gastronomy: Perfect to accompany consistent dishes.

Highlights: Awarded in France 3 times in the "Effervescents du Monde" contest with a Silver medal. None of our sparkling wines has a sulfur or liquor correction. It is a closed-circle sparkling wine (From our vineyards, our wines, and from our wines, our CORPINNAT).
