Josep Foraster is one of the most remarkable family wineries in Conca de Barberà. Located in Montblanc, they work exclusively with their own vineyards that they cultivate organically, mostly planted with the typical varieties of the area.
Their Trepat is one of their freshest reds and that best represents the essence of Conca. It was made with grapes del Mas de la Sabatera vineyard with clay-calcareous soils and aged in French oak barrels for 7 months.
Delicate, elegant and very fresh, perfect to accompany everything from a platter of cold cuts to mountain rice dishes, roasted meats and sheep cheeses. We recommend serving it slightly chilled, between 14 and 16ºC.
