Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180º
Put the hock on a tray with the 0.5 L of water and the contents of the bag. Cover with greaseproof paper, place in the oven for 1 hr and 15 min. The last 10 minutes remove the baking paper. Once you have plated the hock, sauce generously with the sauce that should have been heated beforehand in a saucepan.
