Varieties:
50% Parellada, 30% Macabeo, 15% Chardonnay and 5% Malvasia from Sitges.
It is a young wine that has been matured in stainless steel tanks and on fine lees during the months prior to bottling.
On the nose, it offers notes of ripe apples, pastries, honey and nuts, with a touch of freshness that is subtly reminiscent of red fruits. On the palate it is dry and elegant, with a very fine and well-integrated bubble and a long, lively and very fresh mid palate.
