Highland Dream 12 years is a reserve composed of the blend of whiskeys between 12 and 14 years of aging in Sherry and Bourbon barrels. It is a magnificent whiskey, in it you can detect the peat and smoke of the West Coast malts, as well as light hints of honey, fruit and vanilla.
It is an excellent whiskey as an aperitif or digestif. It can accompany a good ham or smoked salmon
