Pale yellow, clean and bright with green reflections. Very unique wine with great personality and aromatic intensity, white flowers, ripe fruit with citrus and herbaceous touches, mineral. In the mouth it is broad with a citric acidity and a very long and fresh finish. On the nose it has the fragrance of fennel, anise, yellow plums and quince with a touch of flint and sweet spices. In the mouth it is fresh and dry, very dry, glued to the tongue, almost like licking a stone. Pleasant aftertaste with hints of white fruit and citrus.
Ideal to accompany a fish stew, black rice, fatty fish such as red mullet, sea bass or tuna, white meats and Curados type cheeses.
