Poli is a family-owned artisan distillery.
It was founded in Schiavon in 1989.
For the elaboration of the grappa they use a complex copper alembic, one of the few existing today in the world.
Cleopatra Amarone Oro is a flavored grappa that was aged in French oak barrels. It is obtained by using del Crysopea (copper alembic).
It is recommended to serve at 10ºC in a tulip glass.
