Elaboration: Grapes from old vines, manually harvested. Traditional fermentation without adding selected yeasts. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. Aged in French oak for 12 months and a minimum of 6 years in the bottle.
Colour: tile red. Aroma: black berries and aromatic herbs del solid. Taste: subtle, serious, smooth and mineral. Balanced and elegant with a long finish in the mouth that gives an immense pleasure to savor not only the wine but also the memories it has left you.
