Aging in bottle: Between 15 and 24 months
Grape Type: Pinot Noir and a selection of varieties from our farm.
Graduation: 12.5% vol.
Ideal temperature: 6 - 8 degrees centigrade
Preparation: One part ferments between 12-14 ºC, in order to obtain its full potential in secondary aromas. The other ferments in new French and American oak barrels.
