Triple gin distilled with volcanic stone and with the maceration of Botanicals of the Russet Ratafia, which provide the essence of La Garrotxa, the only one distilled with volcanic stones, pure water from La Garrotxa and from the distillation of local juniper.
TASTING NOTE: Appearance transparent, translucent, clean and bright, on the wall of the glass it appears thick and viscous. Elegant and fine on the nose, with notes of compost herbs, wet grass, light citrus, a little sharp but very balsamic and with fine hints of juniper resin. In the mouth it is very smooth and unctuous. The entry into the mouth is tasty, delicada and very persistent, with hints of compost and juniper spices. With flavors of other aromatic herbs, a light touch of citric resins, slightly spicy alcohol, typical of its high alcohol content, very subtle and fine thanks to its good distillation.
