This gin is made based on French grapes.
Turned into wine, it is distilled in a column still with which its "spirit" is obtained, a neutral alcohol that is much softer than that of traditional gins.
Clean and crystalline color. Its obvious floral aromas stand out, very intense, which hide the background del juniper and botanicals. Very soft, velvety and fresh. Slightly sweet finish.
