
Origin: Empordà
Bright ruby color and medium layer.
It evokes ripe red fruits, candied plums and blackberries, and a spicy undertone reminiscent of bay leaf and black pepper.
On the palate it presents volume and structure, while maintaining freshness, with a long and pleasant mid-palate.
Harvesting of the grapes by hand in boxes of 10 kg. Fermentation with its own yeasts in cement vats and 30% of whole grapes with stems. Aged for 24 months in an old wooden foudre with a capacity of 5400 litres. Malolactic finished. No filtration.
